Execution:  High Level Development Lifecycle

  • After receiving or designing the requirements for custom software application development, we will provide you a proposal including the estimations of the workload, cost, and timeframe.
  • At Project Initiation, Our Senior Solution Architect and System Analyst will immediately begin to analyze and design the system to align our mutual understanding of the requirements with all stakeholders.
  • We will spend significant time to listen and study the application scopes of the software, your business needs, and business process. Then we will provide a Business Process Blueprint, Systems design blueprint (Requirement Specification), and Project Plan.
  • Led by the project manager, the development team will begin the software development according to the Project Plan, with its accompanying timeline and detailed work breakdown structure.
  • We will keep you informed on the status and progress of the Project through all stages of the development project lifecycle.
  • Testing: VXI is a proponent of agile methods, especially with regard to QA & Testing.  We design our development process with testing in mind, thus the QA & Testing effort begins before the first code is created.  Testing and validation continues from the initial phases through final integration and software release.  We can reduce / modify this at client request.
